An outfitter running multi-day river trips kept its trip information in five places and sent four menu-planning attachments with every booking. Creosote replaced that with one system. Guests plan their trip menu in a web planner built on a library of more than 900 recipes; each menu produces a shopping list ordered by store section and a packing list broken out by camp and storage bin, and a dietary restriction entered once reaches every list. A trip tracker records the due date and the done date of each milestone. Creosote also wrote the staff and new-hire guides, recovered three weeks of lost CRM email through the mail and CRM APIs, and set the office up to produce its own invoices from its existing templates.
